Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the supply of electricity shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
