Regulation 2, PNGRB (Forms of Licensees) Regulations, 2007 [S8X-6HA]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "licensee" means a person carrying on the supply of electricity; (c) "supply line" means a supply line received, held or disposed of by a licensee in the course of the supply of electricity; (d) "Form II" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
