Surrender of certificate.—Every platform aggregator who ceases to carry on the engagement of gig workers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register of wages held by him has been disposed of.
