Intimation of change.—Every reinsurer shall intimate to the Authority, in Form IRDA-4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
