Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of drugs shall apply to the District Registering Authority in Form 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the District Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
