Safe custody.—Every online dispute resolution platform shall keep every register of arbitrators to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every register of arbitrators so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of West Bengal within ninety days of the close of each year.
