Surrender of certificate.—Every online dispute resolution platform who ceases to carry on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every settlement agreement held by him has been disposed of.
