Maintenance of premises.—Every ombudsman under a scheme shall keep the premises where the resolution of complaints under a scheme is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every mediated settlement kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the resolution of complaints under a scheme, and shall furnish to the Chairperson of the Council in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
