Application for registration.—Every election agent carrying on the management of election expenses shall make an application for registration to the State Election Commission in Form 17A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every voting machine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
