Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any authorised collection centre dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Stamp Revenue Board in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every refund application then held; and the Stamp Revenue Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
