Safe custody.—Every owner of a school building shall keep every shelter to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the safety of a school building is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every shelter so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Authority within one day of the close of each year.
