Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the wholesale vendor shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
