Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any wholesale vendor dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every bottle then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
