Safe custody.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall keep every reference to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every reference so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Mediation Council within sixty days of the close of each year.
