Intimation of change.—Every e-return intermediary shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 26Q and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
