Surrender of certificate.—Every developer executing agreements for sale who ceases to carry on the execution of agreements for sale shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every allowance held by him has been disposed of.
