Intimation of change.—Every developer executing agreements for sale shall intimate to the Sub-Registrar, in Form C and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
