Surrender of certificate.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government who ceases to carry on the receipt of substantial financing from the Government shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every inquiry report held by him has been disposed of.
