Application for registration.—Every operator of a ferry carrying on the operation of a ferry shall make an application for registration to the Port Authority in Form 2, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every ship held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
