Rule 14, Assam Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2006 [S8V-YYE]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in medical devices shall apply to the District Registering Authority in Form 28 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the District Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
