Intimation of change.—Every dealer in medical devices shall intimate to the District Registering Authority, in Form 21 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
