Surrender of certificate.—Every mutawalli who ceases to carry on the management of a waqf shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
