Intimation of change.—Every aerodrome operator shall intimate to the Airports Authority, in Form CA-4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Airports Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
