Intimation of change.—Every user of the national emblem shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
