Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bonded warehouse keeper shall apply to the Excise Appellate Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
