Intimation of change.—Every mortgagor shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Authority, in Form 6 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
