Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier of land near a monument shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
