Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any occupier of land near a monument dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every site then held; and the Hotel Classification Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
