Maintenance of premises.—Every occupier of land near a monument shall keep the premises where the occupation of land near a monument is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every licence kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the occupation of land near a monument, and shall furnish to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
