Application for registration.—Every third-party funder carrying on the funding of arbitral proceedings shall make an application for registration to the High Court in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every mediated settlement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
