Periodical returns.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer shall furnish to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form CA-3 of the certification of aircraft maintenance carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
