Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aircraft maintenance engineer shall apply to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
