Clause 2, Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration (Trust property Control) Order, 2006 [S8V-HTZ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Andhra Pradesh Act 35 of 2001); (b) "auditor of a trust" means a person carrying on the audit of accounts of a trust; (c) "certificate of registration" means a certificate of registration received, held or disposed of by a auditor of a trust in the course of the audit of accounts of a trust; (d) "Form F" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
