Application for registration.—Every lottery agent carrying on the sale of lottery tickets shall make an application for registration to the Public Accounts Committee in Form GFR 19, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
