Application for registration.—Every operator of a citizen service centre carrying on the running of a citizen service centre shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every statement of assets held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
