Application for registration.—Every collector of biological resources carrying on the collection of biological resources shall make an application for registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form IV, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every sample of effluent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
