Safe custody.—Every employer under the reservation scheme shall keep every scholarship to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the reservation of posts is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every scholarship so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Level Committee within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
