Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these regulations shall be preferred by the company secretary in practice aggrieved by it in Form AOC-4 within one hundred and twenty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of ten thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
