Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in the custody of the Regional Director, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board; and where the Regional Director having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form ADT-1 within one hundred and eighty days of the succession.
