Application for registration.—Every company secretary in practice carrying on the practice as a company secretary shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form ADT-1, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
