Intimation of change.—Every company secretary in practice shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form INC-22 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
