Safe custody.—Every company secretary in practice shall keep every certificate of incorporation to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the practice as a company secretary is carried on, shall record in Form INC-22 the description of every certificate of incorporation so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board within forty-five days of the close of each year.
