Maintenance of premises.—Every company secretary in practice shall keep the premises where the practice as a company secretary is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every minutes book kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the practice as a company secretary, and shall furnish to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form ADT-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
