Authorised agent.—Any company secretary in practice may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form PAS-3 the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
