Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these regulations require shall be sufficient; Form INC-1 and Form MGT-7 shall be supplied by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within ninety days of that date.
