Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these regulations shall be served on the company secretary in practice to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form MGT-7, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and twenty days of the service.
