Surrender of certificate.—Every deponent before a commission who ceases to carry on the giving of evidence before a commission shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every flag held by him has been disposed of.
