Surrender of certificate.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a trade shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Vending Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every assessment list held by him has been disposed of.
