Application for registration.—Every person in possession carrying on the possession of excisable articles shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every excisable article held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
