Surrender of certificate.—Every Lok Adalat organiser who ceases to carry on the organisation of a Lok Adalat shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register of arbitrators held by him has been disposed of.
